We finally caught some good weather for photographing Devin and Kelsey’s maternity session in Menomonee Falls! Spring has finally arrived and oh, how I have missed that warm, glowing evening light. Also, these two are convinced they don’t photograph well – I mean c’mon! You guys are absolutely beautiful! That pink dress was made for Kelsey, she has that soft mama glow. I have known these two for years now and I always love getting to document precious moments in my friends lives. Seeing them so happy fills my heart!!  They recently moved back from Denver and we are so excited to have them close again (even if we did like visiting them!) I always love having dogs at the session and Finn was such a good boy! He thought the water might look just right for a swim a few times, but he listened so well. I just love that fluffy wheaten terrier beard SO MUCH.

They are expecting a baby girl later this month – yay!! Kelsey has decorated the perfect nursery for her to come home to, complete with mountain decor and a beautiful mobile her sister handmade to hang over the crib. I know that last month of pregnancy can be so rough – hang in there Kels. In the end, the reward is so worth every minute!

Devin and Kelsey, thank you for letting me document your beautiful baby bump. I am so happy to have you close and even more excited for you guys to welcome your gorgeous baby girl. You two are so kind and down to earth, I know what great parents you are going to be! I can’t forget about Finn, he is going to love that little girl so much and be the best big brother. Bring on all the furry beard kisses (:
