Lake Michigan, walks on the beach, beautiful views, Milwaukee skyline, beers, cheese curds, pull tabs, brandy old fashioneds, and two amazing people in love. How many more of my favorite things could have been fit into an engagement session?! I had so much fun with Melanie + Nate, my face still hurts from smiling! I really love adventuring around our beautiful city and exploring all your favorite spots during an engagement session. We went to some pretty incredible places during this session! The weather was perfect and they did an amazing job choosing outfits & locations!

Starting at Lion’s Den on the beach of Lake Michigan is always a favorite of mine. Melanie and Nate had no trouble at all snuggling up and making each other laugh alongside the crashing waves! They even cooled off in the water for a bit! Throughout their session everything was so laid back & fun – I absolutely adore this couple! After taking in all the views at Lion’s Den, we headed for downtown. These two love our beautiful city so we knew incorporating the skyline was an absolute must! The sun setting on Melanie + Nate while we overlooked the Milwaukee skyline was so magical! Bonus points that we were able to finish the session over Drink Wisconsinbly’s brandy old fashioneds topped with cheese curds + pull tabs. True Wisconsinites in my book. (Cheers to that!!)
