Olivia and Patrick held their beautiful, intimate wedding at Glacier Hills Park in Richfield. This wonderful park provides so many different backdrops with a lakeshore, towering pine forest, and plenty of wildflower fields. The park was transitioning in colors with the cooler weather, but it couldn’t have complimented their day any better!

These two planned probably the most personalized wedding I have had the pleasure of witnessing. Every moment of their day fit them so well. I started the day with Olivia getting ready in her parents new home. She chose a handmade dress that was so amazingly delicate and detailed. Once the dress was on, Olivia did a first look with her Grandma. This is one of those moments I know will be a cherished memory for years to come. Olivia, being a cat lover like me, also wanted to include her kitty for some snuggles – which I can definitely appreciate.

At the venue, I was instantly wowed by the floral pieces that Patrick’s mom had crafted for their day. From his boutonniere to her flower crown, everything was so perfect! The ceremony space also had several personal touches including the wooden cross that Olivia’s dad handmade. During the ceremony, they exchanged heartfelt written vows that left everyone in tears. My favorite personal touch from their big day was the first dance as husband and wife. You guys – Patrick wrote and recorded a song as a surprise for Olivia as their first dance song – I think my heart legitimately melted a bit when I heard it.
