Sam and Tim had a beautiful wedding day surrounded by family and friends at the Oconomowoc Community Center. I felt so honored to photograph their big day! I still remember the day I met Sam and Tim we bonded over coffee and the details of their love story. I instantly felt connected to them. They are so laid back and genuine, it is easy to see why they are so loved by family and friends! Both times I had the wonderful opportunity to document their love it has been pretty cold and snowy, but you wouldn’t know just how cold from looking at their pictures! The two of them ( and their amazing bridal party) just brushed off the cold weather and rolled with it. They are definitely my kinda people! Sam was definitely smart to purchase fleece sweaters for the girls as their gifts.

I am IN LOVE with the images of Sam and Tim together in front of the lake with the golden sun setting behind them. We did not have a lot of daylight left to work with after their ceremony, but they rocked it! These two are just so in love it makes my job easy! Also, if you know me, you know I kinda love snow (I know, something is wrong with me – haha!) – I feel like the snow made their day just that more magical. I love the contrast of the navy accents on the backdrop of snow covered Fowler Park. Such a classic and beautiful color palette!
