Meeting this beautiful family on the most perfect August night in Menomonee Falls, WI was just what my mama heart needed in the midst of a busy wedding season. Listening to those sweet little laughs, watching the little eyes, chasing the little feet. Family sessions like this one always bring so much into perspective for me. Family has always been the most important thing in the world to me (thanks Mom and Dad!) I feel so absolutely blessed to witness families who share this quality. Time is so precious, and with my camera I get to capture and save just a little bit of time. It’s a small amount, but it lasts forever and that is what it is really all about. If I can preserve just one memory, for just one family then I can know I am right where I am supposed to be.

This family is just so beautiful inside and out. They are so patient with their boys. Jack has definitely taught me that being a boy mama is a totally different ballgame in so many ways. They just take it in stride and remain so patient. Sweet Caden is a photographer in the making (or at least for a day).  I loved sharing this passion with him, seeing those little fingers fumbling around the buttons to capture his little brother. Cole is the sweetest little babe, just going along for the ride. He didn’t even fuss once, just so ready to take off with his best bud. That sibling bond is just too precious.
