Melissa and Geoff braved some sprinkling rain during their engagement session in Richfield, but that did not stop them from showing all the love to each other and their dogs! (YAY for dogs at the engagement session!) I absolutely love the energy that dogs bring to any session. Who can be anything but happy when there are cute pups around?! We started the session near Holy Hill. I always encourage couples to choose a location meaningful to their relationship. They frequently visit this area and enjoy picking apples at a nearby orchard in the fall! The countryside that surrounds Holy Hill makes it a beautiful place to visit year round. Especially when the trees are flowering in the area. We were able to find some pink blossoms to snuggle under near the church! Spring blossoms have a way of bringing out so much romance and we were lucky to find several gorgeous spots with flowers during their engagement session.

We also spent some time over at the Richfield Nature Park which is a favorite location of mine. It has so much to offer with flowering trees, open fields and an adorable little creek that runs through! I am also a huge fan of a little wind to give movement to the images. Some of my favorites from their Richfield engagement session are the ones with her dress and hair lightly blowing in the breeze. It also helps that they were surrounded by flowers for those pictures too! The joy they bring to each other’s lives is very evident in these images. Melissa is just absolutely gorgeous with her genuine smile next to Geoff. They also share an adoration for their precious dogs! How cute are those signs?!
